Today, I decided to use what I could find in my kitch and make something new. I came up with “Spicy Avocado Couscous”.
One avocado pureed with: olive oil, garlic, fresh black pepper, parsley flakes, a little splash of almond milk and basil salt. Of course to top it all off we used our, FAV Sriracha. Can you say Yummo!
Lastly, we paired it with a nice light Pinot Grigio.
